I’ve taken yoga classes with Stephanie for several years.  She is a caring and competent instructor, and I always leave her classes feeling restored in both mind and body.

Perfect Sunday morning class. Simple enough for a beginner, yet still satisfying for someone more advanced. Great way to wake up and she was just a lovely teacher.
