We are not our bodies, our possessions, or our careers, who we are is DIVINE LOVE and that is INFINITE. ~ Dr. Wayne Dyer
Why Corporate Yoga?
Since I got introduced to yoga in a corporate yoga class, I feel as if I’m coming full circle by teaching it. As yoga is becoming more and more popular in the West, there are greater awareness of the stress reducing and productive benefits of yoga in the mainstream corporate America. Corporations are starting to value establishing a wellness program in the workplace and open to offering onsite corporate yoga to the employees. Yoga is for everyone not just flexible people who can do complicated poses. It is for self-care self-awareness and personal growth. Meditation is also under the umbrella of Yoga which is a great addition to the wellness program.
For every $1 invested in workplace wellness, a company can expect $3 in cost savings or benefits. (U. of Michigan Research Centre)

Perfect Sunday morning class. Simple enough for a beginner, yet still satisfying for someone more advanced. Great way to wake up and she was just a lovely teacher.
